This is a very nice hotel. The staff are friendly, the rooms are very comfortable, the location is super convenient. One complaint - the “include breakfast” package is $70 a couple. A simple breakfast with juice and coffee runs $70 a person. If we had known the prices were this high - we would have skipped the breakfast. Ended up doing breakfast both days of our stay because we paid for it. There are plenty of breakfast places in the neighborhood - this is a bit of a scam.

I had THE BEST experience at the Rosewood! The staff was incredible, it felt like old school hospitality where people liked their jobs and were nurturing and welcoming to their guests. The food was excellent (quite expensive, but there was a brunch credit with the room rez). The room was impeccable. The location is fantastic!! Right in the heart of Georgetown, close to everything, walkable and parking easy. A few notes for the hotel: the electronics in the rooms could be upgraded someday (usb ports etc), things felt slightly outdated. And the male bartender in the evening lobby bar did not provide the same level of polite service as the rest of the staff, he was a bit rude/edgy. Other than that, the stay was perfect and I can’t wait to return! I will definitely stay with Rosewood Hotels whenever possible!

*Excellent service* from the front desk manager on Wednesday evening when I needed to book a last-minute room for my mother whose international flight was cancelled. The reservation wasn't appearing in the system because it was booked shortly before she was arriving, but I wanted to ensure that the confirmation had gone through and my card was on file for payment. The woman continued to check her system while my mom was en route and called me back to confirm and then again to let me know my mother had checked in and was on the way to her room. Was honestly wow-ed by that level of service ensuring that everything was booked and paid correctly and calling me back twice. It's too bad I don't travel to DC often because this would be my go-to hotel!

My original room was extremely well done. Very classicaly appointed. Dark wood and millwork throughout. Unfortunately a pipe burst in the wall and we were moved to one of the townhouses which was incredible. Great service and a great birthday celebration at Cut. I will never stay in another neighborhood in DC other than Georgetown.

I went to the rooftop bar at the Rosewood and had an amazing time with my friends! Persia was our server, and she went out of her way to make my friends and I comfortable and make sure that we had a good time. Her wine suggestions were amazing, and she also made a wonderful espresso martini. We came in on a busy night and she was so calm and attentive. I would definitely recommend to anyone in DC! The rooftop had an amazing view! I would say my only critique is there were about 50 people on the roof and only one server. Maybe they should limit occupancy on the roof or add more severs. Otherwise I loved it! And our server
